SocialAI ("the Service") is an AI-powered social media marketing platform that generates branded visual and text content, schedules posts, and publishes them to social media platforms you connect. By creating an account, you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activity under your account. One person or legal entity per account; accounts may not be shared or resold.
Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through Stripe. Each plan includes a monthly credit allowance consumed by AI content generation; unused credits expire at the end of each billing cycle and do not roll over. Free trials require a valid payment method and convert to a paid subscription automatically unless canceled before the trial ends. You can cancel anytime from your billing settings; access continues until the end of the paid period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
When you connect a social media account, you authorize the Service to publish content to that account on your behalf and on your schedule. You must have the authority to manage every account you connect. Your use of each platform remains subject to that platform's own terms (e.g., Meta, LinkedIn, X, Google, TikTok). We store the access tokens needed for publishing in encrypted form.
The Service generates content using third-party AI models. You are responsible for reviewing all generated content before publication. AI output may be inaccurate or unsuitable; we make no guarantee of fitness for any particular purpose. Subject to your plan and these Terms, you own the content generated for your brand and may use it commercially. You may not use the Service to generate unlawful, deceptive, infringing, or harmful content.
You agree not to: abuse, overload, or attempt to bypass rate limits or credit quotas; reverse engineer the Service; use it to send spam or violate platform policies; upload content you lack rights to; or resell access without a written agreement. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.
Generated daily-feed content is ephemeral and replaced on each generation cycle. Saved drafts are retained for the period defined by your plan and are deleted afterward unless scheduled. Uploaded media counts toward your plan's storage quota.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Features, plans, and pricing may change; material price changes will be announced at least 30 days in advance and apply from your next billing cycle.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of the Service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for actions taken by social media platforms against your accounts.
You may delete your account at any time. We may terminate or suspend accounts for breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your data is deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
